Although we don't know exactly what the schedule is going to look like (because we want you to help create it), this is a rough idea of how things will look. There will be lots of open space because each Working Groups will schedule themselves in the first day of the conference.

WORKSHOPS: We need you to propose workshops that you are willing to present. In order to create a strategy conference, we are looking for inspiring workshops that will help us to grow as organizers. Workshop spaces are yours to fill. Submit proposals as soon as possible; the deadline in April 1st. A few ideas: How to Facilitate a Gender Training, Strategizing within the Anti-War Mov't, Facilitation training.

WORKING GROUPS: This is one of the things that makes Plan Z different from other conferences, as it is the focus of our week. Its time for people who do similar political work to share ideas, network, and create new projects. Monday will be a time to present working group proposals to everyone. This gives each of us a chance to choose which group we will be part of for the week and to learn what other folx will be doing in their working groups. These are some working groups from last year: Anti-Racism, Medical, Parents and Kid Liberation, Domestic Violence Workers, and Art & Media. We can't wait to hear your ideas for this year. We are also looking for people interested in bottom-lining each working group, which includes doing a little bit of work before the conference (This is a crucial part of the week, dont be shy!). Deadline is April 1st.

CAUCUSES: These are informal discussions based on identity/ affinity. Let us know what caucuses you'd like to participate in this year.

The goal is not the conference but what comes after!!
